Introduction and Objectives
Organizational Development is a process that leads an organization to achieve goal and subsequently contributes to reach its vision. Organizational development requires periodical assessment, intrinsic strategic and on-going support so that the organization can develop its core competence and face challenges successfully by changing its operational strategic to meet the situational requirements.
The objective of this five-day course is to impart knowledge and skill of assessing the organizational situation, develop intrinsic strategic and formulate specific organizational development action plan.
